Latte Lab is a three-day intensive course for anyone with existing barista skills who wishes to develop advanced texturing techniques.
You’ll learn how to enhance flavour, mouth feel and appearance by creating ultra-fine bubbles with perfectly textured milk. Through demonstration and practice you’ll also learn free-pouring skills, latte design and how to create the perfect rosetta.

How to apply
