  • Demonstrate a repertoire of resistance training and cardiovascular training exercises and explain how the associated risks of each of these could be managed.
  • Construct a range of training plans based on the components of fitness - endurance, strength, flexibility and body composition changes.

  • Assist clients to identify their personal needs and goals so that they can make appropriate lifestyle changes.
  • Demonstrate presentation and delivery skills by instructing a group to effectively complete a group exercise routine.
