Explain the systems which the body uses to make energy and apply this knowledge to the training principles of overload, specificity, individuality, reversibility and adaptability.

Identify and discuss the major physiological principles associated with fatigue, recovery and performance.

Apply the principles of safe exercise, injury prevention and rehabilitation to a range of individual needs and circumstances.

Identify the major diseases and illnesses and apply this knowledge to the management of these conditions within an exercise and wellness programme.
