evaluate and critique pharmacological approaches to the management of nausea/vomiting during the dying phase.
apply knowledge of current non-pharmacological interventions in the management of nausea/vomiting during the care of the dying phase.
reflect on the psycho-social approaches to supporting the person experiencing nausea/vomiting, and their family/whānau, during the dying phase.
apply the principles of care of the dying person in relation to providing a 'best practice' approach to managing nausea/vomiting.
Critically evaluate literature, research and/or evidence concerning best practice in care co-ordination related to the management of nausea/vomiting.
