Welcome to our new video series – Tamesa Life! First up is mature student Reece Scott who tells all about his days in the Tamesa Food and Hospitality kitchens.

After spending 17 years working in the Tourism Industry, Tamesa student Scott decided it was time to take the plunge and start a new adventure in life.

He has been passionate about food all his life and worked in hospitality before so it was almost a given to sign up to Tamesa’s level 4 cookery course to start a new career – even if it means having to sacrifice some weekends and evenings.

What he enjoys the most about the course are the new dishes he gets to learn every day. Scott has taken a liking to making pastry – and to eating it afterwards!
